The Bradford district and Craven CCG held a virtual event for all CCG colleagues to celebrate teams, individuals and projects as they prepare to move from the CCG organisation into the Bradford district and Craven Health and Care Partnership in July. It was a great opportunity to bring colleagues together to share memories, stories and pictures of their time in the CCG and to remind colleagues just how much they have achieved over the years.

For the Recognition Ceremony there were over 40 inspiring nominations showing how colleagues had gone above and beyond in their daily work, as a team and to support the communities they work in. As Bradford is one of the youngest populations, we were really keen to offer the platform to a younger speaker, we were thrilled to welcome Musharaf Asghar, who many of you may have seen on Channel 4s Educating Yorkshire. Musharaf, gave a truly inspiring talk on the importance of mentorship and how support can help develop an individual to achieve their dreams and not to give up when faced with changes or adversity.

You can read all about the nominations for the CCG colleagues and team in the Recognition Day booklet.
