Inequalities action workshop

We talk a lot about the inequalities we see across the district but what action can we take to make change happen?

If you work in Bradford District and Craven and are interested in inequalities action, this event is for you. We want to turn inequalities talk into action and to do this we need to work together in partnership and take action individually.

• Do you have ideas to reduce the inequalities you see?
• Would you like to connect with others, explore your ideas and be supported to take action?

Our inequalities action workshop is an opportunity to understand your role in reducing inequalities, explore your ideas with others and commit to taking action.

In this workshop we will be joined for a welcome by Dr Sohail Abbas – director of the Reducing Inequalities Alliance, Professor Mel Pickup – our place-based partnership lead and Sarah Muckle, Director of Public Health at Bradford Council.

Following this we’ll jump into an interactive open space session with our head of partnership delivery Ash Alom. More details to follow.
