Support for Parents and Guardians
Are you a parent or guardian?
Being a parent or guardian of a young person who seems to be struggling can be really worrying, and you might be feeling overwhelmed or unsure what you should do. But you are not alone, and there are places both you and your child can turn to for help.
Supporting someone else can be tough and stressful. It is important to look after yourself too.
The coronavirus pandemic has changed our ways of living. For young people, this is a hugely tumultuous time as they have not been able to go to school or socialise. There are some links to resources below which may help you find information and support for yourself and for the family you support.
