Webinar 1: Understanding and awareness of Ramadan and how it can affect people with severe mental illness

Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership is working in partnership with the British Islamic Medical Association, to deliver four webinars on how Ramadan can affect people with a severe mental illness.

The first webinar is taking place on Tuesday 10 October, from 12-1pm on MS Teams. It will look at why Ramadan is the most sacred month in Islamic culture and the possible affects it can have on people with serious mental illness.

The webinar is open to clinicians and support staff in primary and secondary care, voluntary and community sector organisations, staff in integrated care boards, and members of the public.
